About the Inn

The Onibi Inn has been nestled amongst the trees and mist of the nearby mountains longer than most humans can recall. Rumors have it that the same Mistress has been tending to the Inn since it began, centuries ago. No one has seen their face in that time, and lived to tell the tale. 

 

The Mistress collects wayward spirits and Yōkai, acting as an agent to connect them with new places and people to haunt. Occasionally, the rarer, more brazen human will approach the Inn, looking for a Yōkai that will bring them fortune or famine. Each unique creature brings with it its own story, behavior, and blessings. By welcoming a Yōkai into your home, you bring a piece of Japanese culture into your world and allow it to enrich your life.
